Pictured here are flowers growing near an upended flower pot in the garden of the Crane Cottage of the Jekyll Island Historic District on the coast of Georgia. The island is a state park today, but during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries some of the world's richest men owned the island and during the winter lived in their island homes.
